One of the biggest tech companies worldwide is Siemens. They are known for their wide range of industrial solutions and their dedication to safety and effectiveness. Siemens's goal is to make their workplace super safe by encouraging responsible work habits for every employee.
CHALLENGE
Create an engaging campaign that promotes safety and inspires employees to be proactive about their well-being of themselves and their colleagues. But how to be Siemens pleasant but not pedantic?
SOLUTION
For Bureau Beaufort, I created Siem, a character that embodies the employees' inner voice for safety at a global tech leader. Using engaging messaging, we emphasized the company's values and helped to promote a safer workplace.
