Boontje Advocaten & Mediators was founded in 2001 and, as a boutique firm, focuses exclusively on employment law. Now the largest employment law firm in The Netherlands.

CHALLENGE

Boontje is a specialist in labour law. As of today, they will add mediation as a service next to being lawyers. This delivers a smarter, holistic view on how you can win smarter by picking your battles. But how to you tell this persuasively?

SOLUTION
